We boast 24-hour customer service and a real person, usually Wayne, to answer your calls during normal business hours. Wayne has been a member of the CSI family since January 2004 and is thrilled to fulfill his new role on the team.  "I have worn many hats at CSI, but this [Customer Service Manager] is my favorite one," said Wayne, who is rarely seen without a smile during the workday. "It gives me a chance to get to know our customers better, on a more personal level."
